BALANCED PILATES CLASS INFORMATION

At Balanced Advisory, every class is designed to feel approachable, supportive, and tailored for real bodies and real life. Below are our current Pilates classes offered on our studio schedule. Make sure you check back often, we will be adding new and exciting classes soon!

REFORMER CLASSES:


BALANCED BEGINNERS:

Intro level 1 class.

A beginner-friendly class where we show you the ropes (and springs) till you get the hang of it. We go slow, explain everything, and make sure you're feeling balanced and confident.


BALANCED FORM FOUNDATIONS:

Foundational level 2 class.

For those who already know the basics and want better form, stronger core control, and smoother transitions.

BALANCED ELITE ELEVATION:

Intermediate level 3 class.

A stronger, more dynamic class for those who want challenge without chaos (sometimes a little chaos). Expect creative sequences, deeper strength training, and the moment where you realize your balance has seriously upgraded.


BALANCED SPICY STRENGTHENING:

Foundational level 2 class.

A strength-focused reformer class using weights and resistance bands to build muscle tone and deeper core power.


BALANCED FLEX & FLOW:

Intro level 1 class.

A mobility-focused reformer class that helps tight muscles relax, lengthen and stop complaining. Slow pace, deeper stretch work, and movements that feel more therapeutic than intense.


BALANCED BOUNCE & BURN:

Foundational Level 2 class.

A cardio reformer workout using the jump board for controlled, joint-friendly “jumping” that feels like flying without regret. Builds endurance, balance, and stamina while keeping everything supported.



MAT CLASSES:


BALANCED MAT PILATES:

All Levels.

This all-levels Mat Pilates class is designed for beginners through advanced movers. Expect a full-body workout focused on core strength, mobility, posture, and controlled movement. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout so you can move at your own pace while still being challenged. No prior Pilates experience required.


BALANCED MAT SCULPT:

Intermediate level 3 class.

A full-body mat class using a combination of body weight, hand weights, resistance bands, and controlled Pilates sequencing to build strength, posture, and deep core support. You’ll target glutes, legs, shoulders, and stabilizers without machines — just precise movement and deliberate tempo.



PRIVATE INSTRUCTION AND WORKSHOPS: Private sessions offer personalized one-on-one support to help you move comfortably, learn at your own pace, and feel confident in your body. Perfect for beginners, pain clients, or anyone who prefers gentle guidance and focused attention.
